Part-Time Host at Flux Lounge
$20/hr
An entry-level role with room to grow
Flux Lounge is a new kind of wellness space in Bend. It’s a fully water-based contrast therapy lounge inspired by hot springs, cold creeks, and the way nature brings people together. We bring the outdoors in, not just the hot and cold, but the part where you share it with others and leave feeling more grounded, more present, more you.
We’re growing out host team: someone welcoming, observant, and excited to help shape the experience from day one.
About the Role
As a host, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests. You’ll greet people, help orient them, answer questions, keep an eye on the flow of the space, and lend a hand wherever it’s needed. You’ll also play a key part in how the business evolves. This is the first space of its kind, and we’re still learning as we go.
It’s a part-time, entry-level role with room to grow. We’ll provide training, mentorship, and plenty of opportunity to contribute ideas and influence the guest experience over time.

- You’re welcoming and composed, and people naturally feel comfortable around you
- You notice small things — a shift in energy, a towel out of place, a guest looking uncertain
- You’re proactive and take care of things before being asked
- You enjoy refining systems, solving small problems, and improving the flow
- You’re excited to help build something new and contribute to how it grows
Nice to have: First Aid, CPR, or AED certification,or willingness to get it
Also great: Interest in wellness, hospitality, or working with people in a meaningful way
